Dr. Andrews my HERO!!

Today I had my usually weekly appointment hoping that we would tell me that I was fully effaced and dilated to a three, definitely not the case. I did progress to a two and 50%...so then I was thinking great I have another week or longer before this stubborn girl is going to show up. So I tell him lets schedule the induction know full well because of my stellar pregnancy that wont be until next week for sure. Dr. Andrews the saint that he is does an ultra sound so see if we can "come up" with a reason for an induction sooner...of course everything is perfect she is big estimating 8 pounds and long but not humongous. So he says he will call and hope he can get me scheduled for either the end of the week or next Tuesday (which makes Marc happy because he wants a September baby, why did I let him go with me today??). After a few minutes he comes back and tells me that I am scheduled for tomorrow at 9:00 am!!!! I screamed and jumped off the table I could have kissed that man! Now I know I could get pushed back to later that day or even Wednesday but I don't care the end is in sight! I have a load of laundry to do, a few toys to pick up, grocery shopping and we are good to go. I feel like a little kid knowing that tomorrow I get to go to Disneyland, I hope I can sleep.
